JH Still Works
Jackson Hole’s only local craft distillery, Jackson Hole Still Works creates spirits that are truly a work of art – just like their bottles. In their “grain to glass” approach, owners and friends Chas and Travis have complete control over their process – from sourcing regionally farmed grains, to milling, mashing, fermenting, distilling, aging and bottling…all in house. Jackson Hole Winery
Situated alongside the beautiful Spring Creek in Jackson with stunning views of the Grand Tetons, Jackson Hole Winery was founded in 2009 by winemaker Anthony Schroth, who wanted to explore the benefits of making wine at high-altitude. With its first vintages of Chardonnay and signature Rendezvous Red Blend bottled in 2011, the winery now produces approximately 4,000 cases of wine annually. This family-owned, boutique winery produces its wine by hand, using traditional methods and the help of friends to crush, ferment and bottle award-winning wines.
