Early Arrivals and Late Departures

If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags.

Deposit Policy

An advanced deposit equal to two night’s room, tax and resort fee will be due at time of booking. Reservations confirmed during special events or under our Advance Purchase offer require full prepayment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation fourteen (14) days or more prior to your arrival date, we will not charge a cancellation fee. If you cancel within fourteen (14) days of your arrival date you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full value of your stay. If you have booked an Advance Purchase Rate, it is non-changeable and non-refundable at the time of purchase.

Early Departure Policy

We understand that your plans can change. If you need to shorten the length of your stay at the hotel outside of fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, no fee will be due. If you shorten the length of your stay within fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, an early departure fee equal to the number of nights shortened will be due.

Pet Policy

Traveling with your furry friend? At The Cloudveil we are pleased to welcome your pack to the hotel with a limited number of dog friendly rooms. They will be pampered with a dog bed and bowl to use during their visit, along with some local treats to snack on. We allow for up to two dogs per bedroom, no larger than 100 pounds. A fee of $150.00 per stay will be added to your room.

We all know that your dog is an angel. And that they do not make any trouble when left alone at home. However, new places and unfamiliar sounds and smells can be unnerving for your travel companion. We do not allow dogs to be left in our rooms unattended. Please bring them along on your Jackson Hole adventures or plan on utilizing one of the doggy daycare services in our area. Our front desk team would be happy to assist with any recommendations.
