How much does The Cloudveil charge for wireless internet?

When you stay at the hotel, wireless internet is included with your stay.

Does The Cloudveil have a pool? When is the pool open?

Yes. The hotel has an outdoor pool and hot tub. The outdoor pool and hot tub is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Can I park at The Cloudveil? Can the hotel accommodate RVs or oversized vehicles?

Valet parking is available, with unlimited in-and-out privileges. Ask our Pathfinders for more details. There is no parking at the hotel for RVs or oversized vehicles. Limited on street parking offers overnight RV parking in the town of Jackson, and Guest Services will be happy to assist with directions.

Does The Cloudveil offer a winter village shuttle and other winter valet services?

The Cloudveil will provide scheduled shuttle service to Snow King Mountain and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort during ski season. Our dedicated ski valet will offer guests local insights into the ski resorts as well as storage, care, maintenance and exchange of equipment.

Does The Cloudveil offer an airport shuttle or airport transportation?

Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is our regional airport and is located nine miles from the hotel. To make your arrivals and departures a little less hectic, opt for a pre-arranged, rental-car, taxi or private-car airport transfer. Our Pathfinders are happy to help.

Does The Cloudveil allow pets? What is the pet policy at the hotel?

Traveling with your furry friend? At The Cloudveil we are pleased to welcome your pack to the hotel with a limited number of dog friendly rooms. They will be pampered with a dog bed and bowl to use during their visit, along with some local treats to snack on.  We allow for up to two dogs per bedroom, no larger than 100 pounds. A fee of $150.00 per stay will be added to your room.

We all know that your dog is an angel. And that they do not make any trouble when left alone at home. However, new places and unfamiliar sounds and smells can be unnerving for your travel companion. We do not allow dogs to be left in our rooms unattended. Please bring them along on your Jackson Hole adventures or plan on utilizing one of the doggy daycare services in our area (Dogs are not permitted in the National Parks). Our front desk team would be happy to assist with any recommendations. 

What is The Cloudveil’s shipping/mailing address?

If you plan to ship a package to the hotel, please use FedEx or UPS as the U.S. Postal Service does not deliver directly to the hotel. The physical address for The Cloudveil is 112 Center Street Jackson, WY 83001. Please address your package to The Cloudveil and make sure your name is on the label to ensure delivery. If U.S. Mail is your only option please send to the hotel’s P.O. Box 4955 Jackson, WY 83001. Please note there may be a delay in delivery if utilizing U.S. Postal Service.

Does The Cloudveil have a fitness room?

In addition to the many outdoor workout possibilities natural to Jackson Hole, The Cloudveil’s fitness room offers Peloton bikes, Mirror interactive fitness, treadmills, free weights and ellipticals by Technogym, as well as virtual classes such as spin and yoga.

Does The Cloudveil have a restaurant at the hotel?

Yes, The Bistro. Acclaimed restaurateur Gavin Fine of Fine Dining Restaurant Group helms all of the culinary offerings at the hotel, bringing a casual, yet refined bistro menu and an expansive raw bar to Jackson’s Town Square where guests and locals can experience European-style outdoor dining amidst the area’s iconic mountain vistas. The restaurant intuitively flows into the property’s lobby, allowing the space to be enjoyed by locals and guests alike.

Does The Cloudveil have a hotel bar or cocktail lounge on-site?

Yes. The Bistro offers a bar as well as serving in our lobby and Rooftop Terrace.

Check-out is at 11:00 am.
