The Cloudveil is proud to partner with Jackson Hole Food & Wine Winter Fest – a 3 day food & beverage festival with a unique offering of tastings, seminars and dinners that are sure to delight. We are excited to host Big Wines, Small Plates at The Cloudveil, alongside other Winter Fest events at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Winter Fest celebrates local Jackson Hole chefs and restaurants, renowned guest chefs, winemakers, beverage experts, and more!
All attendees must be 21 years of age.

Lost Whiskey Spirits Tasting

Location: Four Seasons Resort Ballroom
Join us for a whiskey tasting like no other. Enjoy award-winning Lost Whiskey paired with 100 years of Turner family history and the legacy of the iconic Triangle X Dude Ranch. Hear Western tales, see historic photos, and meet four generations who’ve lived and breathed this valley.
Lost Whiskey founder Mark Turner will be joined by his dad John, his sister and acclaimed artist Kathryn, and his daughter Jackie for an evening of stories and exceptional bourbon.

Big Wines, Small Plates

Join us for an immersive culinary experience that blends storytelling with exceptional food and drink. Throughout the evening, guests will hear from an illustrious panel of special guests and industry VIPs as they share A-ha! moments that have inspired their culinary journeys.
Led by Mike Britton, Culinary Director of Fine Dining Restaurant Group, and his talented team, the menu comes to life alongside these stories. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to reflect these defining moments —one bite and sip at a time.
Pinot Noir – Same Grape, Different Place
Friday, February 27, 3:00 – 4:30pm
Location: Four Seasons Resort Ballroom
Join us for a blind tasting experience dedicated to the nuanced world of Pinot Noir. In this guided experience, you will set aside preconceived notions and focus solely on what’s in the glass.
As the taster, you’ll match your impressions with curated tasting notes, then grade each wine like a true wine critic. Once all wines are tasted and scored, we’ll reveal their identities. By the end, you might see Pinot Noir in a whole new light!
This unique tasting will be led by three of the industry’s most respected figures: Andy Peay, Founder of Peay Vineyards; Billy Weiss, Owner of North Berkeley Imports; and Andy Chabot, SVP of Food & Beverage and Sommelier at Blackberry Farm and Blackberry Mountain.
Wine Dinner @ 9,000 Feet
Friday, February 27, 6:30 – 9:30pm
Location: Piste Mountain Bistro, via Bridger Gondola
Join us for an unforgettable culinary evening high above the valley, beginning with a breathtaking ride on the Bridger Gondola. Guests will indulge in a multi-course menu crafted by acclaimed guest chef Joey Edwards of Blackberry Mountain in Walland, Tennessee. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines curated by Andy Peay of Peay Vineyards.
