Jackson Hole Food and Wine is pleased to announce the 5th annual Winter Fest! This 3-day weekend of events will be based in Teton Village with a unique offering of experiences that are sure to delight.
Join us to interact and dine with guest chefs and renowned winemakers; and the culinary community of Teton Village chefs; in addition cocktail and beer experts and much more. Ski amazing terrain and then taste why Jackson Hole has become an impressive food and wine destination!
All attendees must be 21 years of age.

Champagne & Caviar Tasting
Thursday, March 2, 6:00 – 8:00pm
Location: Solitude Station via Sweetwater Gondola
Spoil yourself with a gourmet Champagne and caviar tasting, featuring some of the finest caviar from Solex Fine Foods paired with some special Champagnes from Westside Wine & Spirits. Markus Draxler of Solex Fine Foods will teach you how to taste and enjoy caviar and the flavors that are brought forth from the Champagne.
The Macallan Tasting
Friday, March 3, 3:00 – 4:30pm
Location: Four Seasons Resort Library
Join us for an exclusive tasting of rare, high-end whisky from the world’s leading brand, The Macallan. Guests will enjoy a special flight of neat pours and learn what makes The Macallan one of the most celebrated whiskies in the world. Come warm up and uncover the nuances of this beloved whisky.

Location: Piste Mountain Bistro via Bridger Gondola
An unforgettable evening awaits you, featuring passionate fare from renowned guest chef Sarah Grueneberg and team along with an exquisite pairing of wines presented by Sarah Quider of Foley Food & Wine Society. Arrive via Bridger Gondola and enjoy stunning winter views from the top of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This once-in-a-lifetime dinner collaboration will be one to remember! Guests will receive a signed copy of chef Sarah Grueneberg’s new cookbook, Listen To Your Vegetables.
Cooking Demo + Lunch

Location: II Villaggio Osteria Private Dining Room
Join us for an intimate cooking demo with acclaimed chef Sarah Grueneberg, James Beard Foundation Award Winner Best Chef: Great Lakes, 2017. This class will demonstrate some fabulous recipes from chef Gruenebergs new cookbook: Listen To Your Vegetables. Enjoy each recipe along with a pairing of delicious wines from Foley Food & Wine Society and leave with a signed and personalized copy of her cookbook. Listening has never been so delicious!
Taste of Teton Village
Saturday, March 4, 5:30 – 8:30pm
Location: Four Seasons Resort Ballroom
Join us for an intimate cooking demo with acclaimed chef Sarah Grueneberg, James Beard Foundation Award Winner Best Chef: Great Lakes, 2017. Taste of Teton Village offers guests an exclusive chance to experience a diverse range of signature dishes prepared by the best of the West Bank’s culinary community. This walk-around tasting features top chefs and restaurants serving their favorite winter-inspired dishes, while multiple beverage booths pour a variety of wine, beer, and cocktails. Local DJ Rocky Vertone will be spinning some tunes to get you in the Après frame of mind.
