Taste of Jackson Hole offers guests an exclusive chance to taste a diverse range of signature dishes prepared by the best of Jackson Hole’s culinary community.
Arrive via Bridger Gondola, take in Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s stunning views from the top of the mountain, and taste mouthwatering bites from the finest local restaurants, paired with a curated selection of beer, wine and spirits. Join us for one of Jackson’s most anticipated summer events!

An incredible culinary evening awaits you in the French bistro inspired space of Persphone West Bank.
To complement the beautiful space, we are excited to welcome Markus Glocker of Koloman, New York. Guests will enjoy an incredible meal inspired by his blend of Parisian creativity with Viennese tradition.
Chef Glocker’s menu will be superbly paired with an incredible selections of wines from Gallica presented by Rosemary Cakebread.

DINNER SERIES 2

A delicious culinary evening awaits you at the Snake River Sporting Club!
This private sanctuary bordered only by river and wilderness creates the perfect location for a rustic summer dinner. Brooklyn based chefs Billy Durney, Trigg Brown and Fany Gerson will be collaborating on a dynamic multi-course menu reflective of the chefs’ global heritage and culinary points of view.
To accompany this incredible meal, Heather Jeter of Folio Fine Wine Parnters will be pouring a superb collections of wines.

Saturday, June 24, 5:30-8:30pm
The weekend’s featured guest chefs; Markus Glocker, Billy Durney, Trigg Brown, and Fany Gerson will team up with a few of Jackson Hole’s finest culinary talent to create the ultimate western walk-around tasting event.
Wash it all down with cold beer, crisp wines and stellar cocktails. Enjoy yard games, mountain views and local bluegrass from One Ton Pig. No western party would be complete without a fun keepsake captured from the JH Old Time photo booth.
Get ready to roll up your sleeves and feed your spirit!
